Service Delivery During COVID Lockdown

To All Our Valued Customers:
The Khuselo Group (consisting of Khuselo Telecoms, Verstay, Rand Repeater, Vertel, Televonic, Electra, and Procom Radio) wish to deliver some certainty to you, our customers, in these uncertain times.
As a group we fall within the parameters set by government as a Critical Business Continuity Services Provider and will therefore continue to deliver our services during the lockdown period implemented as part of the national response to COVID-19.
This is due to the fact that we deliver critical communication services to protect and connect people and assets in the following industries:

Security sector: Access control and communication systems for public and private entities.

Health sector: Emergency medical and traffic services, as well as critical communication solutions.

Forestry: Data and radio communication networks and solutions.

Retail sector: Security communications, CCTV and guard patrol systems.

Banking sector: Vital cash in transit communication systems.

Agri sector: Rural safety, monitoring and operational communication solutions.

Telecommunication sector: Mast and tower maintenance and support services.

Mining sector: Radio communication networks and solutions
Khuselo will therefore ensure that our staff operate with strict adherence to the regulations set out by the South African Government to ensure that our customers have continued, albeit limited, critical services throughout this period.
Our administration staff will be working from home and service technicians and/or support staff will be available for urgent maintenance to customers classified as critical service providers.
Please note that we anticipate obstacles in the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Freestate due to the lack of courier services being available. Supplying stock may therefore be delayed and/or unavailable in these provinces during the lockdown period.
