‘Stun’ is a feature available on some radio models (eg. Hytera X1p), which allows the owner/user to remotely disable the radio, if activated.
A ‘stunned’ radio will still able to transmit/send, but will no longer receive any messages/voice calls unless it is ‘revived’.
